New InAs/InAsSb Superlattice Detectors
Our InAs/InAsSb IR-Detector portfolio has grown with the development of a variety of new MWIR and LWIR Type II superlattice photoconductive and photovoltaic detectors, from our Supplier VIGO System. Available operating at room temperature or thermoelectrically cooled while achieveing excellent parameters without cryogenic cooling.
These detectors do include any mercury or cadmium making them RoHS Compliant.

- Spectral range – 1,6 to 15 μm
- Cooling – Two- or Three-stage TE cooled & Uncooled option
- Packaging – TO-8
