It’s our pleasure to announce the acquisition of Nanor AB by Tillquist Group AB, which was completed on September 30, 2022.
We are now a fully owned subsidiary under the Tillquist Group umbrella. With access to both a larger organization and increased product portfolio through the Tillquist Group, we will be able to add even more value to our customers and suppliers.
Nanor will continue to operate without changes to its legal structure, but our postal address has changed (our goods/delivery address remains unchanged):
