Piezo Ceramics

Elements for mechanical motion

A Piezoelectric component consists of a solid material converting an electrical signal into mechanical motion or mechanical deformation (known as inverse piezoelectric effect). On the reverse, the direct piezoelectric effect, converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. The shapes and dimensions of the piezo components can be selected within the limits of the production process, although the dimensions depend on each other.
